న్యూఢిల్లీ: స్వాతంత్ర పోరాటాన్ని బలోపేతం చేయడంలో వార్తా పత్రికలు కీలక భూమిక పోషించాయని ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోడీ అన్నారు. మలయాళ పత్రిక మాతృభూమి శతాబ్ధి ఉత్సవాల ప్రారంభోత్సవంలో ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోడీ వర్చవల్ గా పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా మోడీ మాట్లాడుతూ.. స్వరాజ్య ఉద్యమంలో మాతృభూమి పత్రిక కీలకంగా వ్యవహరించిందని అన్నారు. గాంధీ ఆదర్శాల నుంచి పత్రిక పుట్టిందన్నారు. వలసపాలనకు వ్యతిరేకంగా దేశ ప్రజలను ఏకం చేయడానికి మాతృభూమి పత్రిక ముఖ్యభూమిక పోషించిందన్నారు. యోగా, ఫిట్ నెస్, బేటీ బచావో..బేటీ పఢావో ను ప్రాచుర్యంలోకి తెచ్చింది మీడియానేనని అన్నారు ప్రధాని మోడీ.
