ఏపీలో ఎంపీటీసీ జడ్పీటీసీ ఎన్నికల వేళ పలు చోట్ల ఉద్రిక్తతలు నెలకొన్నాయి. పోలింగ్ కేంద్రాల దగ్గర టీడీపీ, వైసీపీ నేతల మధ్య ఘర్షణలతో రణరంగంగా మారింది. ఈ క్రమంలో తిరుపతి జిల్లా చంద్రగిరి నియోజకవర్గంలో దొంగ ఓట్ల కలకలం రేగింది. నియోజకవర్గంలోని సాయినగర్ పంచాయితీతో పాటు మంగళం, ఓటేరు ప్రాంతాల్లోని పోలింగ్ కేంద్రాల దగ్గర రిగ్గింగ్ జరుగుతోందని పేర్కొన్నారు వైసీపీ నేతలు. ఈ క్రమంలో వైసీపీ మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే చెవిరెడ్డి భాస్కర్ రెడ్డి కొంతమంది దొంగ ఓటర్లను పట్టుకున్నారు.
చంద్రగిరి సాయినగర్ పంచాయితీలోని పోలింగ్ కేంద్రాల దగ్గర భారీ సంఖ్యలో బయటి వ్యక్తులు మోహరించారని అంటున్నారు వైసీపీ నేతలు. దొంగ ఓట్లు వేసేందుకు టీడీపీ నేతలే వారిని రప్పించారని ఆరోపిస్తున్నారు. పోలింగ్ కేంద్రాల దగ్గర అనుమానాస్పదంగా కనిపించినవారిని ప్రశ్నిస్తున్నారు వైసీపీ నేతలు.

దొంగ ఓటర్లుగా వచ్చిన కాలేజీ పిల్లలను పట్టుకున్న చెవిరెడ్డి:
సాయినగర్ దగ్గరికి చేరుకున్న చెవిరెడ్డి భాస్కర్ రెడ్డి ఓ గదిలో ఉన్న దొంగ ఓట్లు వేయడానికి వచ్చిన కాలేజీ పిల్లలను పట్టుకున్నారు. దీంతో కాలేజీ పిల్లలంతా అక్కడి నుంచి పరుగులు తీశారు. ఈ క్రమంలో సాయినగర్ లో ఉద్రిక్తత చోటు చేసుకుంది. చెవిరెడ్డిని టీడీపీ నేతలు ప్రయత్నించడంతో ఇరువర్గాల మధ్య వాగ్వాదం చోటు చేసుకుంది. పోలీసులు ఇరువర్గాలను చెదరగొట్టి పరిస్థితిని అదుపులోకి తెచ్చారు.
