ఒక కోతిని ఆ చెంప ఈ చెంప వాయిస్తూ నడిరోడ్డుపై తీసుకెళ్తున్న వీడియో సోషల్ మీడియాలో వైరల్ గా మారింది. ఒక వ్యక్తి కోతిని వీపుల మీద వేసుకుని నడుస్తుంటే.. కర్రలు పట్టుకున్న కొందరు చేత్తో ఆ చెంపలపై వాయిస్తూ.. తిడుతూ..సెలబ్రేట్ చేసుకుంటున్నారు. హర్యానాలోని హతిన్ టౌన్ లో ఎందుకు కోతిని కొట్టుకుంటూ ఊరేగించారు..? ఈ ఘటనకు సంబంధించిన వివరాలు ఇలా ఉన్నాయి.
హర్యానాలోని పాల్వాల్ జిల్లా హతీన్ పట్టణంలో ఒక కోతి తీవ్ర బీభత్సం సృష్టించింది. రోజూ ఎవరు కనిపిస్తే వారిని కరుస్తూ ముప్పు తిప్పలు పెడుతూ వస్తోంది. దాని ఆగడాలు మితిమీరిపోవడంతో ప్రజలు ఇళ్ల నుంచి బయటకు రావడానికే భయపడే పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడింది. దీంతో స్థానికులను భయభ్రాంతులకు గురిచేసిన ఆ కోతిని పట్టుకోవడానికి నానా తిప్పలు పడాల్సి వచ్చింది.
ఈ కోతి సమస్య నుంచి ప్రజలకు విముక్తి కలిగించడానికి, వారిలో ధైర్యం నింపేందుకు హతీన్ మున్సిపల్ కౌన్సిల్ చైర్‌పర్సన్ భర్త ఒక ప్రకటన చేశారు. ఆ కోతిని సురక్షితంగా బంధించిన వారికి 51 వేల రూపాయలు ఇస్తామని ప్రకటించారు.
ఈ బహుమతి ప్రకటనతో స్థానిక యువకులు, గ్రామస్తులు ఎన్నో ప్రణాళికలు వేసి, దాదాపు 10 రోజుల పాటు తీవ్రంగా శ్రమించి ఎట్టకేలకు ఆ కోతిని పట్టుకున్నారు.
అయితే కోతి పట్టుబడిన తర్వాత, కోపం తట్టుకోలేని కొందరు స్థానికులు ఆ కోతిని కట్టేసి, దానిపై దాడి చేస్తూ చెంపదెబ్బలు కొట్టారు. ఒక యువకుడు కోతిని రోడ్డుపై తీసుకుని వెళ్తుంటే వెనక నుంచి దాన్ని కొడుతున్న వీడియో సోషల్ మీడియాలో వైరల్ అయింది.
మూగజీవిని చిత్రహింసలు పెట్టడమేంటని కొందరు వాదిస్తున్నారు. కోతి మనుషులను కరిచింది.. పట్టుకుని అటవీ అధికారులకు అప్పగిస్తే సరిపోతుంది.. కానీ అలా కొట్టడం ఏంటని కామెంట్స్ పెడుతున్నారు.
